How to make an order?
Ordering from Annabels wedding store is so simple and straight foward by following the steps below.

Step 1 - Choose your custom card items:

Click on one of our wedding catalogues on the Home page or Click on Wedding Stationery tab on the above menu bar to view all our design catalogues.

Use the scroll bar at top of the catalogue page to view all products in a catalogue, click on the picture to enlarge the image, then tick the box below each item required and use the drop down box for quantity, add to cart.

Step 2 - Personalise your card:

Click on "Edit personalisation" button in shopping cart, choose Font and Ink colour required, scroll to bottom of page and select wording format your layout will appear in a box at bottom of page, type in your own wording, click preview wording then finish personalisation.

Step 3 - Choose Checkout or Continue Shopping:

Payments can be made using your debit/credit card on our secure server page, the card details must be correct and has to match the correct name and correct billing address of the card holder, which will be verified by our secure check-out, our rules are strict and any orders that do not match will not be processed.

You may wish to telephone us with your order or post a cheque, whichever your most comfortable with.

Prices include envelopes as appropriate and VAT.

Delivery

Orders are delivered Monday to Fridays using a courier service, if there will be nobody at home it may be a good idea to get your order delivered to your place of work.

How long would it be take?

Normal delivery is between 2-4 weeks. Bespoke wedding invitations will take approximately 6 weeks .

This will vary depending on time of year such as Christmas and Bank Holidays.

Delivery charges:

Standard delivery in UK Mainland and Isle of Wight
(excluding of Scottish Isles, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Eire) - £4.95

Standard delivery to UK non Mainland and remote areas
(Scottish Isles, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Eire - £15.00

Express delivery / Next day delivery - £50.00
(NOT available on hand-made stationery).

Terms & Conditions

• Customers are advised to examine the goods immediately they take delivery to check for any shortage or apparent damage. If no contact has been made within 7 days of delivery. Annabel shall be deemed to have correctly and properly performed all obligations in relation to sale of goods.
• As orders are personalised with customers individual details exchange and refunds will be made if the stationery is faulty or does not meet with the specification of the order.
• Damage or loss of goods will pass to the customer at time of delivery.
• Annabels wedding store will not be liable for any unavoidable delay in delivery.
• We will collect information from you only for the following reasons:
    1. To process your order and to provide you with the best possible service.
    2. Our Bank will process your order and at no time will your details be divulged to us.
